Learn how to quickly work out what needs doing
Use storyboarding to cut through uncertainty and overwhelm at the start of a project or presentation so the path forward is clear for both you and others.
Create alignment that drives the work forward
Turn loose ideas into a visual narrative you can walk others through, making it easy to explain what you’re proposing, why it matters, and get alignment early.
Gain a tool for selling in your approach & expertise
Whether you’re joining a new team or working with a client, storyboarding helps you show how you think and what you bring, building trust from the start.
Do you ever feel unsure where to start, how to communicate your thinking, or get everyone aligned?
Maybe you’ve been dropped into a project with lots of unknowns and no clear direction of what needs doing, where to begin, or how it all fits together. Or you’ve thought everyone was aligned only to find out later they weren’t, and ended up in rework, wasted effort, and endless conversations. Or perhaps you’ve struggled to explain your thinking in a way that gets buy-in, makes your value clear, and builds trust early on. If any of that sounds familiar, this light bite is for you.
What you'll learn

Borrowed from film and sometimes used in design, storyboarding is a simple but powerful skill for making sense of complex work. In this light bite course, you’ll learn how to use it to step back, see the big picture, and quickly map the details of a full project, or presentation. By the end of it you’ll:

Use Storyboarding To Work Out Your Own Work
Go from the chaos at the start of a project or presentation to a clear, structured view of both the big picture and the details, in no time.

Apply Storyboarding As A Workshop Technique
Whether with one person or a whole team, remote or in person, you’ll learn how to use storyboarding to facilitate, lead, and co-create effectively.

Come Away With Tools You can Apply The Same Day
From pen and paper to Miro and PowerPoint, you’ll get templates and guides you can put into practice right away.

This Course Is For You If:
You need a simple & fast way to figure out what to do or cover
If you’ve ever been stuck at the start of a project or presentation, storyboarding is your way of defining the path forward with a strong purpose behind everything.
You need to create alignment & shared understanding, or break down silos
Whether it’s a cross-functional team or a department, storyboarding makes it easy to get everybody on the same page whilst always keeping the 'what' and 'why' front and centre.
You’re a freelancer often working with new teams
Storyboarding helps you quickly share what you can bring to a project, align with people you’ve just met, and show the value you bring, as well as how you work early on.
In the age of AI, what sets you apart is your ability to connect the dots & lead the work
With AI producing outputs faster, collaboration and overlaps between disciplines will only increase. What’s needed now are people who can plan and lead the work, deciding what to do and why, how it all fits together, where to leverage AI, and how to shape it into the final outcome. What sets you apart is how you: • See both the big picture and the detail • Connect the dots across people, processes, and outputs • Lead the room with clarity and direction • Create alignment early on • Move work forward with confidence That’s where storyboarding, and this light bite, comes in.
Join the free follow-up session on 10 November at 5pm CET
Learning sticks when you can ask questions and get feedback. That’s why, three weeks after the course launches, we’ll host a live follow-up session. It’s your chance to get answers tailored to your situation, hear from others, and see more real-life examples of how storyboarding is applied. Ahead of time, you’ll be able to share what you’d like us to cover — from live storyboarding to practical cases drawn from our own work.

Why You Should Sign Up
Get clarity on the what, why, how, and when
Storyboarding gives you a simple, visual way to quickly work out what needs to be done on a project — or covered in a presentation — and why, plus the order it should come in.
Get everyone on the same page
Use storyboarding to align team members, stakeholders, and clients on what matters most. Allocate ownership, spot gaps and overlaps, and prioritise the effort that will actually move the work forward.
Build buy-in & trust in you & the work you do
Stand out as the person who can quickly grasp a new project or problem space and guide the next steps with clarity. Storyboarding helps you lead conversations, the work that needs doing, inspire confidence, and build trust in your ability to deliver.
People who can confidently lead conversations, & the work, will always be in demand.
It's not a guarantee for a job but it is a need that'll only increase the more AI becomes part of our processes, and conversations. Too many people are unsure of how to move forward. They jump straight in without clear direction, or knowing how the different bits fit together, not to speak of with no understanding of what actually needs doing, and why. The more we're able to delegate bits to AI, automate workflows, the more we need people who can quickly map out the different parts, why they matter, and how they fit together. This course helps you develop that skill. Launches 20 October.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's a light bite course & when is it available?
Light bites are what we call our shorter courses. They are designed so you can take them in an afternoon. This one is self-paced so you can start and finish when you like. This light bite course will be available in full on 20 October. The main theory lessons are all video based, with transcripts of course.
Are there any exercises to work through?
Yes, lots. There are downloadable workbooks and Miro boards that cover the exercises and provide templates that you can use for your own projects and presentations the very same day. Each of the exercises are based on that you work through them with your own specific scenarios, projects, and presentations in mind. That way you get the most out of this course. Though, we do have some fictive cases too.
If I'm not happy, can I get a refund?
If that is the case, and if you have completed less than 30% of the course, and it's within 30 calendar days of you starting it, then we'll offer you a full refund. Just email us at [email protected].
Need this for your team, or in a different language?
We also run this course as corporate training — in person, remote, on demand, or as a mix that fits your needs. Alongside English, we can deliver it in Swedish and Danish, and where needed, we can also use AI translation to support other languages. Interested? Get in touch at [email protected]
